It was in a marvellous location very close to the river, downtown, a cliff and the downtown restaurants.

Very attractive building, great location close to Riverside Park.

I thought the breakfast was extremely mediocre. Eggs were watery, bagels were like cardboard, and the selection of fruits seemed minimal. I realize it is included at no extra charge, but I thought it was worth no more than I paid for it.

Continental breakfast, the food was great! My standard queen room had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location was good because it was just off River Front park, Spokane at all the Davenport hotels and many best western plus hotels and the city center.

Kyle and Paul were so kind and helpful. We loved the patio and enjoyed hanging out there! We highly recommend this hotel!

The services were great! The room was exceptionally clean and updated, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. We met extremely great staff at this hotel.

The modern furnishings and warm ambiance create a cute atmosphere, perfect for seniors like myself. The staff were helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing recommendations for local attractions.

More seating in the breakfast area would be helpful.

My previous experience in the city was less excellent, but this time the clean room and friendly staff really made a difference. The breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries and great coffee.

The room we reserved was pet friendly and included a hot tub. I mentioned in my reservation that we were bringing our cat. I called them to say we were running late, and they informed me the room was not available and that my pet was not welcome (but they'd make an exception) - I made the reservation weeks prior, and could have found something we liked if they told me they wouldn't supply me. BS.

Staff were accommodating as we had bicycles they stored for us. Staff for the most part were friendly.

I called the day of check in to ensure that I had two queens and would be arriving late. They assured me that I did have 2 queens. When I arrived I had 1 king w/ 2 16 yr old boys! I was not happy- they have a way my room and had to put a roll away in the new room. They did cut the bill in half to make it right. Breakfast served only til 930 on weekends was a bit early.

Spent two nights here. Clean room and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast had fresh pastries and great coffee.
